Yes! Framing is one of those outrageously over-priced services. But it sure does look great when it's well done! How cool you got a personalised and signed WKC poster!
I always feel as if I needed to leave my first born at the frame shop -- unfortunately, they won't accept him. The poster will look wonderful though, the pain of the price will fade.
